Processing time

Because every piece is made and packed by hand, orders are typically prepared within 3–5 business days. If a piece is made to order, the timeline will be noted on the product page.

Shipping

We ship within the United States via tracked carriers. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your address. Pottery is fragile, so we pack each order carefully with plenty of protective materials. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Returns

We want you to love your piece. If you are not happy, you may return an item in its original condition within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility. Custom or made-to-order pieces are final sale.

Damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days with a photo of the item and packaging, and we will make it right with a replacement or refund.
